Lisa is responsible for new loan closings and loan participations for all Peachtree's CPACE lending.

Lisa has more than 25 years experience in the real estate industry including hotel, office, retail and multifamily property types. Prior to joining Peachtree, Lisa served as chief financial officer for an Atlanta-based multifamily developer financing over $300 million in assets. Earlier career experiences include working for Starwood Capital Group in various roles which include asset management of an $800 million portfolio and controller for a $3.5 billion real estate portfolio. Earlier in her career, Lisa was a regional controller in the asset management division for a national insurance company. Lisa earned a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. She is a certified public accountant, an active member of the Georgia Society of CPA’s and CREW.
