The New Commercial Enterprise, PG EB5 Boone Lender, LLC (the “NCE” or “Company”), an affiliate of Peachtree Hotel Group II, LLC (“Peachtree”), has been formed to provide a loan to Narsi Development Boone, LLC (the “Job Creating Entity”, “JCE” or the “Project Company”) a North Carolina limited liability company, and Narsi Boone, Inc. (the “Hotel Operator”), a North Carolina corporation (collectively, the “Borrower”) in order to partially finance the development and construction of a 105-room Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel located at 252 East King Street, Boone, NC 28607 (the “Hotel” or “Project”). The JCE and the Hotel Operator are affiliated with Narsi Properties, Inc. (the “Project Sponsor”), a privately held, family-owned hotel development and management company based in North Carolina. The Project’s featured amenities include a breakfast dining area, an outdoor patio and fireplace, a fitness room, a lobby workstation, a market pantry, and a guest laundry room. The Hotel will also contain the appropriate parking capacity (110 surface spaces) and all necessary back-of-house space.
