Variety: Hershey Chocolate Movie Set With ‘Mean Girls’ Director, Finn Wittrock and Alexandra Daddario to Star

Variety - The story behind one of the most famous chocolate companies in the world will be told in the live-action movie “Hershey,” starring Finn Wittrock and Alexandra Daddario and directed by “Mean Girls” and “Freaky Friday” helmer Mark Waters.
“Hershey” hails from Dandelion Media in partnership with the Hershey Entities and in association with Aloe Entertainment, Peachtree Group and RCM3. UTA Independent Film Group is representing worldwide rights. A release is planned for 2026, aligning with America’s 250th anniversary.

Deadline: Vertical Acquires Post-Apocalyptic Thriller ‘We Bury The Dead’ Starring Daisy Ridley

Ahead of Cannes, Vertical has acquired North American rights to We Bury the Dead, a post-apocalyptic thriller starring Star Wars‘ Daisy Ridley and Brenton Thwaites (Titans).
We Bury the Dead is a Penguin Empire production in partnership with Campfire Studios. Major production investment came from Screen Australia in association with Screen west, Lottery west and the WA Regional Screen Fund, with production financing provided by Peachtree Media Partners.
