Commercial Observer: Peachtree Group Lends $34M in Silicon Valley Hotel Recap

According to the release, the loan was provided by Peachtree Group, an Atlanta-based investment firm that has executed $13.9 billion in real estate investment deals. In 2024, Peachtree Group was ranked the seventh largest hotel lender in the U.S. by the Mortgage Bankers Association, the release notes.

Peachtree Group has closed more than $2.5 billion in co-originated loans with insurance company partners since inception, enhancing its access to stable, long-term capital and further reducing its cost of funds.
