Alex Harvey

Alex joined Peachtree Group in April 2025 and is responsible for driving investment performance across the firm’s equity hotel portfolio.

He brings more than a decade of experience in hospitality and commercial real estate, with a focus on asset management and operational optimization.

Previously, Alex served as Vice President of Strategic Operations at Peregrine Hospitality (formerly Mission Hill Hospitality), where he spent three years overseeing a portfolio of 33 premium select-service hotels across the country. Before that, he was an asset manager at Portman for five years, managing performance across a diverse portfolio that included full-service and select-service hotels, office, retail and mixed-use developments. He began his career as a financial analyst at PGIM Real Estate, supporting asset management for the firm’s core-plus PRISA II fund.

Alex earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business in 2014. He has been a member of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association since 2022.
