Eric Musser

Eric Musser serves as Vice President of Hotel Asset Management at Peachtree Group, where he leads strategic oversight and performance optimization across the firm’s hospitality portfolio. He joined Peachtree in May 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in real estate investment and asset management.

Before joining Peachtree, Eric was Vice President of Asset Management at Procaccianti Companies, where he directed value-enhancing strategies for a national portfolio of hotel assets. Previously, he spent more than six years at CHMWarnick, advancing through roles from Associate to Manager, where he gained deep expertise in asset management, operational analytics, and optimizing hotel asset value across branded and independent hotel assets. His early experience also includes private equity real estate investment and operations analysis at Perennial Capital Advisors as well as luxury hotel operations experience at The Ritz Carlton.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Gordon College, graduating magna cum laude, and completed a study abroad program in Finance at the University of Edinburgh.
