Melissa is the Regional Vice President of Operations at Peachtree Group, bringing over 26 years of extensive experience within the hospitality industry. Before her current role, Melissa served as Senior Regional Director of Operations, overseeing multiple properties across the region. Her experience includes roles such as Regional Director of Operations and General Manager at Hospitality Ventures Management Group, where she managed hotel operations, financial performance, and team development. She also successfully led properties, including Marriott Greensboro Airport and Residence Inn Charlotte. Melissa has consistently demonstrated her expertise in budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss management, and enhancing guest satisfaction and brand standards.
