Timothy Ratliff

Tim is responsible for the financial reporting for Peachtree's real estate investment funds.  

This includes quarterly and annual reporting, coordinating with external audit and tax consultants for annual reporting, quarterly investor distributions and implementation of internal controls and procedures. Before joining Peachtree, Tim began his fund investment management career over 20 years ago with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments and advanced as the company was acquired by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investments in 2006 and eventually acquired by State Street Bank and Trust in 2012. Tim is a native of Syracuse, New York and obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from State University of New York College at Fredonia.
