Victor Espinosa

Victor is responsible for leading global business development and capital raising for Peachtree Group’s EB-5 programs.

Victor comes to Peachtree Group with over 15 years of experience working in finance, wealth management and EB-5 for private firms to large, multi-national institutions.  He has extensive experience raising EB-5 capital, building, and developing relationships and implementing strategic financial plans for both domestic and international ultra-high net worth individuals and families.   

Victor has held roles at LCR Capital Partners, Cresset, Golden Gate Global and Goldman Sachs.  Victor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Finance from Northeastern University.  He serves as a board member of several non-profit organizations; Latinos in Finance, Real Estate Association of Latinx Professionals and Summer Search.  He also serves on the membership committee for IIUSA – Invest in the USA, a trade organization for the EB-5 industry.
