Kristina Rust

Kristina is regional vice president of sales at Peachtree Group’s hospitality management division, where she leads top-line sales and revenue performance across a portfolio of hotels. She collaborates closely with property-level teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive market share and profitability. Kristina is also instrumental in building and mentoring high-performing sales teams across properties representing leading brands such as Choice, IHG, Hilton, Hyatt and Marriott.

Since joining Peachtree in 2020, she has supported multiple regions and markets, earning a promotion to regional vice president in 2024.

Before Peachtree, Kristina served as corporate director of sales and marketing for Parks Hospitality Group, overseeing sales, marketing and revenue management. With more than 15 years of hospitality experience, she has held a variety of leadership roles at both the property and corporate levels.

Kristina holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and tourism with a business minor from the University of Kentucky. She also holds the CHIA (Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics) and CHSP (CertifiedHospitality Sales Professional) designations.
