Nathan Rillstone

Nathan joined Peachtree Group in March 2025 as a vice president on the firm’s debt capital markets team. He is responsible for structuring and executing debt financing for Peachtree’s commercial real estate investments and other ventures.

His role includes managing lender relationships, negotiating terms and aligning financing strategy with the firm’s investment objectives.

He previously spent nearly five years at ArrowMark Partners, where he served as head of commercial real estate structuring. Before that, he held finance and capital markets roles at McWhinney, Stockbridge Capital Group and PGIM Real Estate Finance, with experience across private equity, asset management and structured finance.

Nathan earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate with a minor in economics from Florida State University.
