El proyecto Mill at Mississippi State University ganó el premio al mejor proyecto sobresaliente de la Asociación Estadounidense de Planificación. El hotel ocupó el puesto #1 en RevPAR en 2017, 2018 y 2019 en la clasificación Comp Set.
