A 19-story dual-branded hotel in Uptown is expected to open in the coming months.
Atlanta-based owner and operator Peachtree Group told The Dallas Morning News on Tuesday that the new tower at North Hall Street and Noble Avenue is expected to open in September
The high-rise at 3300 Noble Ave. will carry the Marriott brands AC Hotel and Moxy Hotel. The property will feature 264 rooms — 110 for the AC side and 154 for Moxy — and a 261-stall parking garage.
“Uptown is one of Dallas’ most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods, with strong corporate, residential, dining and entertainment demand, and relatively limited new hotel supply within the immediate submarket,” Peachtree Group CEO Greg Friedman said in a statement. “We believe this project will be a great addition for visitors, local businesses and the broader Uptown community, and we’re proud to be part of the neighborhood’s continued momentum.”
