Caroline is responsible for the strategic execution of asset sales across Peachtree Group's hospitality portfolio.

Caroline is responsible for the strategic execution of asset sales across Peachtree’s hospitality portfolio. With a deep understanding of real estate markets and investment dynamics, Caroline oversees all phases of the disposition process—from valuation and market positioning to negotiations and closing—maximizing returns for investors and aligning with Peachtree’s long-term investment strategy. Drawing on a strong background in hospitality real estate, Caroline works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive value through data-driven decision-making and disciplined exit strategies. Her role is central to capital recycling and portfolio optimization as Peachtree continues to scale and evolve in a dynamic market environment.

Caroline previously lead business development for Peachtree’s hospitality management platform, and prior to that she was head of business development for Legacy Ventures, an Atlanta-based hospitality developer/owner/operator. She has also held leadership positions with TPG Hotels & Resorts, PKF Consulting USA/CBRE Hotels, R.M. Woodworth & Associates, and Goldman Sachs & Co. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
