Opportunity to Build Closest Hotel to University
Peachtree Group learned of an 11-acre tract, the planned Mill, located at the main entrance of Mississippi State University. The historic E.E. Cooley Building, a former cotton mill and plant owned by Mississippi State University for decades, was planned to be revitalized into a state-of-the-art conference and meeting complex with Class A office space. The project warranted an adjoining lodging facility. Peachtree Group had the opportunity to construct and operate the newest, closest hotel to the university.
